What to do with a pumpkin
As promised, some inspiration for what to do with your pumpkins.
My mom puts some by her front door.

And there is the window flower box that is filled with beautiful flowers during the summer, but pumpkins for fall.

And, my dining room table. I love the textures and colors of all the different kinds.

And, Mom has been busy stitching pumpkins, too. (I'll be posting on Etsy later today.)

I especially love the window box! I've been looking at my front windows, longing for some boxes - but what to do in the fall and winter??? And now I know! Though the deal's not sealed, yet. Have to wait and see what you do for winter too. HA, no pressure Heidi. But my next home project is waiting for you.

Oh, how I envy the lovely outdoor pumpkin displays! They are so beautiful! We have lunatic squirrels who get into our pumpkins the second they are outside. Anyone have a squirrel alarm/deterrent?

Amy, it seems, answered my question. I wondered if anything would eat those outside. If I put any food outside it would be eaten by possums.
Those gourds which are half orange and half green are beautiful.

Interesting...I'm not worried about anything eating them outside.
But in reply to Monica...my mom was here today and when I read your comment to her, she rattled off what she is already planning to do for the winter months. A photo will come later! Then, of course, I'll have to take pictures next summer of her flowers. She has a green thumb.
