My mother-in-law is going to be busy!

My mother-in-law Jessie is a beautiful seamstress. The shirts she has made for Henry and Jeff and the jackets and dresses she has made for me are always made with such perfection. So, when I see booths like Cindy Taylor Oates of Taylor Made Designs, I immediately think...Jessie could make this! Hope she thinks the same! Virginia and Goldie would look so cute in these. There is even a boy version for Henry (the cowboy/brown one at far left).

Cindy is so cute, too. She doesn't have a web site for me to link you to. But, you'll find her books at most quilt shops!

Or check out these soft, cozy fabrics from Maywood Fabrics.
Here's a detail of the outfit....it's so cute! The fabric is called Bunny Luv Flannel by designer Bonnie Sullivan (one of my favorite wool designers. The jacket design is by Jackie Clark. I had never been to her web site before...cute, cute, cute.

Then there was the company called oliver + s. Their dress patterns were so sweet. And, their brochure of patterns was in the form of a paper doll pattern.

Aren't these dresses going to look darling on Virginia and Goldie?

Poor Jessie! She's going to have to quit her job to keep up with all the sewing. Those outfits are so adorable ... I loved looking at their booths.

What a great re-cap Heidi. I've love Cindy's patterns. I don't even need to see it... I just hear her name and I know it's going to be something cute.

And yes... I think your MIL is going to be very busy!

I can't wait to get started on some outfits for those adorable granddaughters, Goldie and Virginia. I love sewing for my family and those patterns look great. The aprons remind me of my grandmother and my mother Goldie. Yes I am the mother-in-law Heidi spoke so kindly of and the one who took Henry and the girls trick-or-treating last night. Hurry home Heidi so we can get started on those things.
