Although Halloween was officially yesterday, I've been seeing costumes since last Saturday. Many of the Quilt Market attendees enjoyed getting dressed up even a few days before Halloween. I know who this woman is during business hours! She's Gail Kessler of Andover Fabrics. But who is she suppose to be here...I can't remember. Was it Scarlet? Who ever she was, she had the accent to go with the dress.
