Store Needles in Style
Needle advertisements have always caught my eye and over the years I have purchased a few. Being the foodie I am, I liked this one. I should do some research about when these were popular. Can anyone point me in the direction to start?
When I was cleaning out the sewing room last week I found this one. Not sure where it came from. It might have been in a box of stuff I bought at an auction one time, or in Grandmas's stuff...but it is so sweet.
Look how small those circles are? I think they must have cut them with a punch because they are perfect.

It used to be that you could buy little bags of felt shapes -- circles, half-moons, stars. My mom used to use them in a lot of her crafting, and I have some of those bits and pieces still left. So most likely the maker bought the little bag full for 5 or 10 cents rather than having the tools to do the punching at home. Adorable!

No, I did not. Do they still exist today?
