Does walking Briskly Across the Target Parking Lot Count?
Day 4-March 4
My intention was to take a lunch break and return some things to Target, and while there, walk around the building a couple of times. I ended up leaving work a little early to run those errands, but didn't have enough time to do extra walking. So, after I returned my stuff at one entrance of the Target, I walked to the other end, went outside and walked back to my car on the other end of the parking lot. I walked briskly, but of course it didn't take 10 minutes. And, our evening was filled last night with an community event that didn't get me home until 7:30...time to feed the girls, get them to bed, then Henry, then me! I must do better on Day 5.

Okay Heidi, if you're walking in circles, then there's absolutely no excuse for me. I'm inspired. I will start today (thank you!). And yes, I do believe your Target effort DOES count!
