Spring is Here!
My 21 days of creating a habit are over...and I've walked more in the last 21 days than in the last few months, so that's improvement. I wish I could say I was 100% walking 10 minutes every day, but I'm going to keep working toward that goal. The end accomplishment is good. I lost 2 more pounds in the last month. That's one great benefit. I'll keep you posted on my progress from time to time.
So on to other things.
On Thursday, Henry went to the APQS office with me for the afternoon. Dawn Cavanaugh is our director of education and an artist on the long-arm quilting machine. Some day I'll have to do an entry just about her quilting. But today I have to tell you what a kind, sweet person she is. I was on my phone with someone and Henry was playing on the floor, when Dawn came in and asked Henry to go with her. She also took my ironing board and iron, so I knew something was up. Dawn needed to sew a quilt backing together to use in our photo shoot on Friday. She enlisted Henry's help.

He was proud as punch.

She would say go. Stop. He was loving it.

Thank you Dawn!
And, today, as I was doing the usual Saturday chores, I could tell the girls were playing with the picnic baskets that currently are being used to baracade the TV/VCR from the girls (although it isn't working any more!). So, I looked over to see that everyone was ok and this is what I saw.

Oh, to be small and flexible...but how did she get in there? I took her out, and minutes later this is what I found.

This time the second leg didn't go in! But, she was very comfortable.
Now, we'll go to bed and awake to the arrival of the Easter bunny! Happy Easter to all.
