My New Mittens
In the mail this week I received a special and creative treat from a dear friend. Mabeth is one of those people that sees colors and patterns in such a way that she can turn anything into a masterpiece--whether it is her quilting, rug hooking, or mitten-making! She told me she was inspired by this web site. Very cool! When she found a sweater in John Deere colors, she said she knew she had to make a pair of mittens for me. I am SO LUCKY to have friends like Mabeth.

Those mittens are darling! Heidi, I love Pampered Chef. I used to have a friend who was a dealer. She isn't doing it any more and I miss my catalogs! I just ordered some things I love for my cookie decorating. They are the accordian pleated squeeze bottles. SO handy. I bought two sets, and use them all the time. I have so much of their stuff.
Good quality kitchen ware. Are you as big on gadgets in the sewing room as you are for the kitchen? I am....
