Henry, the Ringbearer
A continuation from yesterday's post...Prior to Brett and Liz's wedding, hundreds of photos were being taken. When it came time for Henry and Brett to have their picture taken, Brett just lifted him up to the railing!
Then it was time to do the job Henry had come to do. The rain held off, but there were a couple rumbles of thunder. Our minister did a great job of getting right to the task of marrying them and leaving out the fluff. I wish I could have taped the music...the pianist and vocalist were beautiful. And, good songs too.
What can I say...I was so proud of him.
Next post...wedding quilt pictures and post-wedding fishing party. Despite gloomy weather on the 4th of July, the evening was a "sparkling" success!
What a gift that there were only rumbles of thunder! Henry looks quite dashing in his suit and he looks so happy!! And the bride and groom, attendants and all look lovely! I'm coping with some back pain and couldn't get out this weekend so it was fun to peek in at Brett and Liz's wedding. And tomorrow, there is the quilt to look forward to!

It was in Cedar Falls at the Park Place Event Center. Lovely place.
