An Angel

Could she look any prouder? Simple iron-on transfers turned into a charming keepsake quilt for my niece Megan. She colored each block for one of the important girls in her family. Last week during the marathon machine-quilting being done at my retreat, we hired long-arm quilter Emily Keller to quilt this project, too.

As Megan opened the box yesterday she was in awe of it's beauty. Way to go Megan!

What a sweet quilt and what a pleased quilter!!! Makes me think that I should make a quilt with my ten year old niece next time I go home for a visit.
