Cookies and a cold glass of milk
That's what we'll be having for dessert tonight. Oh, what a fun morning we've had. I had been wanting to bake cookies for Christmas and also wanted to invite some friends over...so we combined the two and had a great time. Peanut butter blossoms, roll-out sugar cookies, and Beth's no-bake cookies were on the menu. Before our friends arrived I set up an extra table at the end of the kitchen to use as a work area. My kids immediately got their stools and got busy working. I pulled out bowls and extra spoons and they soon figured out how to open the sugar sprinkles all by themselves. Let the fun begin!

Yours is the second website today that's mentioned peanut butter blossoms. Will you be sharing a recipe? I'd really like to know what those are!
Looks like you and the girls had great fun.

Peanut butter blossoms is basically a peanut butter cookie dough rolled in sugar, baked, and when they are still warm out of the oven you push a Brach's chocolate star in the center. I use a recipe from my BHG baking cook book. Here is a link to it. YUMMY!
