What a Thrill!

Just less than a week ago, I was anticipating the AASV auction. What fun it was to see "Pigs in a Blanket" front and center for the entire evening program.

The screen captured the details.

But it was Dr. Doug Groth of Carthage, Illinois, that captured our attention with his winning bid of $2700. Whoo Hoo! It was awesome! I'm sure the AASV Foundation thanked him, but I'd like to thank him, too! What a great honor to have my quilt go home with him.

Way to go! Even if you don't get to keep the money for yourself that's very impressive. Makes you feel good and talented.
