Good Day at the Fair

There was a parade of bucket calves and future herdsman.

Lots of viewing from the stands...and trips to the 4-H Food Stand and games.

Like mother, like daughter.

A sighting of Scooby Doo and Velma.

Pebbles and Dino.

Henry and his friends Allison and Evan with their sheep.

When a baby calf or lamb is born and the mother can't/won't feed it, then we have to give it milk in either a bottle or a bucket. In our case, Megan's mother died in calf birth and Bully was a twin and the mother didn't want to feed both lambs. We're now in the process of weining them. We're down to one bottle a day.
