Another Quilt Market Has Come and Gone
After 18 years of attending Quilt Market I'm still amazed at how fast it goes and how there's always someone that I didn't get to see. Walking through the isles is so much fun--colors and patterns surround you and inspire you. It makes me want to quilt!
The garment ideas for children, especially girls, are abundant. Could you see Goldie and Virginia wearing these cute patterns from Izzy and Ivy ?

It's always a time to visit with old friends. I walked by the Buggy Barn booth, and found Ron catching up on the daily news, while Pam and Janet shopped for their store.

And, it's always fun to have fun with friends--some I know, and some I just met. We visited our favorite tex-mex restuarant. See anyone you know in the picture?

Today I'll spend it in the long-arm classroom as a "techie." More pictures tomorrow!

I can't wait for festival to start. Looks like it will be another great festival this year. Thank you for sharing your "early bird" pictures with us. It looks like you were all eating at Chuy's, one of my favorites (they have the best margaritas!) We are fortunate here in Houston to have the BEST Mexican Food restaraunts

The long-John money holder is absolutely adorable. I only wished my daughters were still young and impressable!! I'm looking forward to the cut-out sugar cookies. I always like to try different recipes.
