A Bag Just Right for Me!

As you walk the sea of isles at International Quilt Festival, it's easy to start glazing over. But then there is that booth that catches your attention and forces you to stop! Yesterday is was the booth of Laura Maclay. Her handbags were so eye-catching. And, she was a delight to chat with. Never mind the fact that she was tall, like me! Each bag is unique, whether it's her mosaic piecing techniques, her original artwork, or her photo transfer bags, like the one I got below. There were lots of motifs to choose from, but this one caught my eye. Being the wife of a swine vet, it just seemed appropriate for me. Wouldn't you agree?
